Enrollment brochures and customized enrollment letters are prepared and distributed to all eligible employees’ place of work or residence. Reminder post cards can also be generated and mailed to employees prior to the close of open enrollment and/or election period. This same type of correspondence is sent to new hires on an ongoing basis. The Boon Group offers the following primary methods of enrollment.
Web Enrollment Services
A customized website is available for employees to access information about their benefit choices, enroll in the benefit programs and print a confirmation statement that confirms all of their entries and payroll deductions. Realizing many employees may not have internet access, Web Enrollment can be combined and integrated with Telephonic Enrollment.
Telephonic Enrollment Services
This service is provided through an inbound and outbound Enrollment Call Center. Licensed (Group 1) Benefit Counselors are available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM central time to answer employees’ detailed coverage questions and assist them in the enrollment process. Employees will receive a confirmation statement (mailed to their place of residence) when enrolling telephonically. All calls are recorded and the recordings are stored with the employee record. This added service provides valuable documentation in the event we need to confirm or clarify employees’ election choices and confirmation of voluntary termination of benefits.
