Supports independent insurance agents, brokers and consultants by:   •   Providing local contacts by maintaining nine Regional Sales Offices across the country. •   Delivering and presenting benefit proposals designed to meet the specific needs of the government contractor. •   Making presentations to companies and /or their broker or consultant regarding the fringe benefit requirements of the Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, Living Wage Laws, and Prevailing Wage Laws.
