- More than 15 years of experience in insurance law, both as ERISA counsel at Locke Lord and as Managing Director of Travis Software, a benefits administration SaaS software company
- Advises on a variety of health and welfare benefit plan compliance matters, including but not limited to ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA, tax qualifications and other Internal Revenue Code as well as the contribution requirements under the Services Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act
- BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and JD from South Texas College of Law
